General Information about Renting
Booking a Reservation: Reservations can be made by calling 651-882-6575. You can check availability and make reservations on our Reserve Now page. It is recommended that you make a reservation as soon as you know what bouncer you would like and which day you will need it, generally at least 3 weeks in advance for the best selection. We do accommodate last minute reservations depending on availability of both the inflatables and staff.
Power: All small units and concessions equipment require a standard outlet within 100 feet. The large units need 1-3 outlets, each within 100 feet. If you do not have access to an outlet you will need a generator. Please contact us for more information and/or pricing of generators.
Weather: Our units can not be out in inclement weather. If there is precipitation, an electrical storm, or high winds it is not safe to use the bouncers and we will not set up. If you need to cancel due to weather, you must call us at 651-882-6575 AT LEAST 2 hours before your scheduled set-up time.
Rescheduling: We will happily reschedule for you if there is inclement weather. If you have another reason to reschedule or cancel please give us at least 1 week notice, or you will be responsible for the full cost of your rental.
Payments: A 50% downpayment is due when you make your reservation. We accept debit or credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event at the time of set-up. We can charge the same card you used for downpayment or you can pay the balance in cash if you prefer. If you are reserving for a school, church or business organization we can make alternative payment arrangements to meet your needs.
Refunds: If you need to cancel your reservation and you give us at least 1 week notice (or 2 hours notice if due to weather) you will receive a full refund minus a 10% cancelation fee within 7-10 business days.
Tax: All rentals are subject to 7.125% sales tax. If your organization is tax exempt, please sign and return a copy of the ST3 form (below) for sales tax exemption. This is the only form we can accept as proof of exemption.
Delivery: We do the work. We will set up and take down the units at the time you request. 9PM is our latest scheduled pick-up time for the prices listed on our site. If you need to keep your rental later than 9pm, we can accommodate later pick-ups or overnight rentals for an additional charge so please contact us for details. Fines: We work hard to keep our inflatables in excellent shape and keep our prices low. If you leave our inflatable a mess, you will be charged a $75/hour cleaning fee. If the unit is damaged you will be responsible for the cost of repairing/replacing it.
Waiver: All customers must sign a release and waiver of liability rental agreement at the time of set-up.
